Senior Project : The Wine Making Process
This is one of the greatest school year of our lives, this is the last step for us to take before going to the outside world, to the real life. My senior project is The Wine Making Process. I came across this idea after living five years in the United States, living in California really has changed me in many different ways. When I look around this beautiful place all I see are vineyards full of beautiful grape trees that instantly bring a smile to my face. Not all of the people see what I see, or even feel what I feel and I want to satisfy this feeling I get when I look around. My project is simple but it will sure give time to decide and figure out if wine making is my future life. My project consists of making a model of a winery, I will take the winery of those who I am going to be working with and make one just like theirs but in a smaller size, and of course with their consent. I will sure take lots of hours finishing such thing, after am done with it I will ask the owners if I can expose my model of their winery to their public and see what they think about it, but only if it looks good. My research paper will talk about the wine making process and for not to my readers to get bored I will talk a little about those great people who gave their time to help me and give them their credit they deserve for helping me giving the big step to success.
