- Who is the accused? The victim(s)? Where did it take place? How long ago?
Chase Williams 12 years old, and Paul Henry Gingerich was accused of a murder and charged as adult at age 12 and a 15 year old Colt Lundy a friend who also participated in the killing of his own step father.
He is accused of killing his friend's step father Phillip Danner on April 20 2010. - What was the crime?
The crime was a planned murder by Colt Lundy who involved two of his friends which where younger than him and planned to kill Colt step father who had actually had been abusing him, Colt was planing on to run to Arizona where his real father lived and first wanted to kill him. - How old was the defendant at the time? At the time of the trial?
Paul Henry was only 12 years old, Colt Lundy was 15. - What were the charges?
They were charged for shooting a 49 year old Phillip. - Was there any discussion in your articles about the background/history of the defendants? That is, were there extenuating circumstances (poverty, abuse, health, etc.) that may have influenced their criminal decisions?
Apparently Phillip would abuse of his stepson Colt, it does not say or mention any of the things that he would do to his stepson but either way this created some kind of hatred in his stepson that made him do this. The other two boys were both abused and bullied by Colt, they were afraid of him and therefore would do anything without caring. One of the boys who's name is Williams was tried as a juveniles went to jail and sentenced to be in there until he turned 18 for not participating. He somehow participated, he helped with the plan but he was so scared that the day this occurred he stayed outside and let his friends finish with what they had started. - What was the outcome of the trial? The sentencing?
The three boys got sentenced and punish for what they did, Williams had been sentenced to be in the juvenile hall until he turned 18, Paul had been charged with a second degree murder and was tried as adult and sentenced with 25 years of imprisonment, Colt who was the leader of the group was also tried as adult and was sentenced with 30 years of prission.

Charge Juvenile as an Adult.
"What are the most important factors to consider when deciding whether to charge a juvenile as an adult? Explain your choices."
After reading more about criminal jutsice in general and some problems that our brain might have as well my opinion on this has changed a little. Before I thought and wanted them to be punished depending on the crime, now that I have learned that even I could develope a brain tumor and that the way I think or the way I behave can drastically change with or without my concent I now believe that most of the juveniles that commit a murder or any kind of crime the judges should keep in mind that this is when our brains are developing and when we cannot control ourselfs, but also I really think that if theres no brain tumor or anything that's disturbing your brain you should be punished by your crime. There are more ways to prove that there's something inside peoples head that is disturbing the way they think or the way they act, if its just developing there arent many ways to prove that that was the reason why you did what you did. The people the criminal hang out with and life style also has alot to do, if he/she hang out with street people who always had problems such as stealing, drug and alcohol use, domestical abuse, etc. Are more likely to commit crime because they are more expossed to it. If the person being trialed is an A student has never had ptroblems at home, with friends, and school theres a bigger chance there's something else going on and there should be a little more research into it. Thres many things to look out on charging juveniles as adults and I think this al should be coinsidered even though they will cost alot of money.

Preface to the such readers of Runa, the second people had their fathers law of knowing the Creator of laidback Ticzey Caylla Uiracocha, Runa Camac [Mr fundamental and close, the creator of the people]:
Would even say “Alpamanta Rurac” [ Who made him out of earth] would say and would give voices; would never say more and would never love idols and cows. And with this they had all the commandments law and mercy's good good work, even if not knowing anything but strating with a house made of rock, "pucullo", that are intact till today.
Look, christian reader, from this brave people, we don't have it like this, we lose it, we follow God who created us.

compare and contrast two chapterZ
“How to tell a true war story” & “love”
The chapter “how to tell a real war story” talks about how people don’t believe in war stories and mostly how to tell a real war story, it talks about how people believe the normal and not the crazy part of a war story even if it’s not true, O’Brien says that if the story embarrasses you then you know it’s real. There’s another chapter of the book which is called “love” and its mainly about Jimmy Cross being in love with Martha and how she couldn’t love him. There’s something about war that’s similar about love, there’s something about “how to tell a true war story “that’s similar to "love". Love stories and experiences are just like war stories, you don’t want to talk about embarrassing moments even if they are real, you don’t want other people to think that you are crazy so therefore you don’t tell it or you make up another storyor tell half of it and the nother half you'll keep it to yourself. Just like O’Brien pointed it the story, that every time you tell a war story you just keep on adding to it, you make up something else. Same thing with love every time you tell a love story something new comes out. In the chapter love Jimmy dreams about Martha, he mostly thinks about doing things he should have done that he never did. Just like war you sometimes wish hadn't exist for you, and for some people war is wished not to exist either. For those who go war when they come back, that's if they come, they wish they never had gonne, for those who are in love, when everything is over they wished it never had happen but its too late and there's nothing left to do. I see war and love very similar to each other and each of them have something in common, the only difference is that in war you'll probably die, but in love you wont, or at least I've never heard of someone dying from crying.

This picture shows a wounded man as if he had walked into a mined camp, as the soldiers walked and approached the enemies things came with more danger. You can clearly see that this man is in agony, there’s blood all over his face, you cannot tell if it’s just blood or if there’s actual skin missing on his face. The man looks unconscious and looks as if there was no hope for him on surviving, as if he was done with life and just decided not to move on. In this picture there are also two men besides the wounded guy that are carrying him in something like a portable bed or a cot that’s used for cases like this. The man who is holding the back of the cot looks tired and his face shows a little fear and there some kind of sadness and giving up on his face, this man looks like if he wanted to give up but he is pushing himself really hard and is not doing it. And so does the guy at front.
This pictures tells me more about how life was like in the Vietnam War, this picture tells me that there were a lot of innocent people who didn’t make it, it tells me that sadness ruled those who had family or friends involved in the war, it tells me that it only brought pain and that people wish this would have never happened. Life during this war must have been terrifying, know that you could be called next any second, or that maybe your brother or even your son could have been next.
Audrey Harrison was the name of the wounded guy, only twenty three years old with a two year old daughter who he loved so much, a beautiful little browned haired with blues eyes girl who loved to sing. Audrey had lost his beautiful wife in a car accident a year before that and he was now losing his, even though hope was all gone he wanted to keep on fighting to survive so he could go back to the only important thing in his life which was his daughter. Audrey was a very smart boy, he was the smartest at school and he was planning on to finish a career but the war stopped him from it. All his dreams came all apart because of the war and was now stuck in a dream.
Something that I will always remember is the look on their face, the pain and the agony it resembled along with the sadness.

Out of the billions of people who live in the world 81% of the public disapproves racial profiling. Racial profiling has not gotten any better instead its gone worse but of course with some exceptions. Arizona's Immigration Law Is Not Racist in the very first paragraph talks about Racial Profiling being against the law, Bruce Maiman states that is not only against one race, he says it does not chane a particular race but it targets immigrants. From the point of view of immigrants and other people this is racial profiling. I believe it is, people are being stoped at the streets and other public places just to see if they are immigrants, and they got their idea from what people looked like, this makes it Racial Profiling. I can relate this to the article "Hounding the Innocent" By Bob Herbert. This article talks about how thousands of people a year are arrested by the police for no reason, only by their face. The first subtitle includes the word "Face", he uses the word face because this is the reason why there have been so many arrests, they have been made for how their features fit in and assume everyone that looks like that do the same crazy stuff.
the article written "Just Walk on By"by Brent Staples talks about racial profiling and some personal experiences, he talks about how being black has affected him in society and how this makes him feel. Also, in the essay he includes information about how by just walking down the street people will start to panic and describes the scene of that night, he calls her "my first victim" White female well dressed women who was walking down the street, the same street as Brent, when she noticed that a black male 6' foot tall wearing an army jacket was following her she picked up her pace started walking fast until she disappeared running down an alley. Imagine the feeling of it, the feeling of freaking people out for being who you are and being the race you are, how do you think this made him feel? Horribly I believe. Am personally against racial profiling, but when you get to the same situation that this first victim of him did you would probably end up doing the same thing. This is some kind of racial profiling but its almost impossible not to do it because we've already created an image of every race and believe in the stories we make up, at least enough for us to react this way.
Problems like this happen a lot in the south part, Arizona has many problems like this with racial profiling allegations . How can we stop this? The answer will remain unknown.

Book Report
The book I choose was "there is only one David Beckham", so far so good. I have been keeping good track of my reading pages for every day and am sure if I keep on with it on this pace everything will be OK and I wont have any trouble finishing. I am glad I choose this book, for me it's pretty interesting and learning from such and amazing celebrity is just fascinating. I didn't know that David has been playing football since he was four years old, he was born with the gift of a footballer. He grew up around people that had passion for this sport, his father loved to play and his dad and friends would sometimes get together and have some little time together and play football. This is where Beckham got his passion from and therefore sticked with it till the end. I will be using the term "football" for "soccer" because that's how it's written in the book and that's how it's called anywhere else in the world but the United States. After football (soccer) came out, Americans took the original name and named one of their most famous sport which we call "American Football" leaving real football with the term "soccer". David was a lucky boy, not only he was gifted with the power of football, or being handsome, but he also had an amazing family that supported him in the choices he made and of course on the sport he choose along with the career he had in mind. When Beckham was a little boy and his dad knew of his gift he didn't want to force him to become better at it or made him practice hard, instead he let him made his choice and decided it was up to his son of what he wanted to do with it.
